AVOID:
HEAT: This is really important, especially if you don't use heat protector before straightening hair. Personally im on a no-heat summer, no dye, etc. Till school starts.
and if you can't live without heat have a rule where once a month, or week you can use heat.! Find pictures online, or watch youtube videos on really cute summer braids or styles WITHOUT HEAT!♥
DYES: remember god made you the way you are. beautiful♥ You don't need to change your hair. Maybe you got a mad dye last week lets say, don't re-dye it, wash it out and within a week or so most will be washed away.
FAST FOOD: eating junk food is putting yourself on the fast track to dull, lifeless hair. Like your skin, your hair is a reflection of what you eat. Substitute those empty calories with tasty nuts, berries and fresh fruits and vegetables—it’ll show!
Those are the most important aspects of keeping your healthy hair or help fix you're damaged hair.

TIPS::
01:Don't brush wet hair, use a comb. And also have a soft-bristled brush for dry hair.
02:Don't always have tight styled hair-dos, its okay to have them but not having a ponytail in 24 hours, or more. And this is also a effect of hair loss.):
03:Have a Shampoo and Conditioner that is natural/organic which will restore your natural and needed oils to your hair.
04:Try to get your hair cut within 2-4 months. For a clean nice cut. Gets your ends off looking healthier than before.
05:After shampooing your hair rinse and condition it out with cool water. This will seal the cuticles and prevent frizz and dryness. (:
06:Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and other healthy nutrients and drink a lot of water. this is an age-old trick, but it does help. Also eat lots of protein because it will help strengthen your hair and improve color and shine.
07:Have a silk pillowcase, or put a scarf over your pillowcase. Because when your sleeping your hair rubs against a surface which is ruff, which causes frizz.
08:Get a deep conditioner for after you take a shower. It adds shine, and you will tell the difference in soft hair.
09:DON'T twist your hair with a towel! Pat it down with your towel , but twisting it can create split ends.

Here is a recipe that nourish your hair and also stimulate hair growth and shine.
HONEY, AND OLIVE OIL::
If you haven't seen olive oil shampoos or conditioners in target, or walmart etc. There is a actually product, so this is the much cheaper way to do it, with the same results.
01:Get a bowl,
02:Mix in 3 tablespoons of honey and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
03:Mix very well or you will add in the mixture and have some parts of your hair with honey and some with olive oil.
04:After mixing evenly add the mixture in all parts of your hair
05:Keep in for 20-30 minutes, watch a tv show, go on fb or polyvore(:
06:Rinse out of your hair, following your store bought shampoo and conditioner.
Follow these tips, and after a month or two you will see that all the effort that went into your hair will pay off!(:

O1; I feel that i've been through so much stuff, with having to fit in, and knowing how to do hair styles my myself because all the girls in my family are tomboys/not girly and really don't know much in that area. I've tried so many things that I can share my personally experience my creating a set. (:
O2; 13, almost 14 on August 31.But Im young,I know, but Yes, im in high school!(:
O3; I will try to make as many as I can in a week, but 4-6 a week!♥ Once I start something such as being a tip girl, i stick to it!
04; Everyday, mostly from 1-3 ut also on before lunch and dinner. Im very active.
O5; hair,such as I said before i had no one to help me. SO I had to go on the internet and try new things!
School, i know to be a friend/ being friendly, And I know what to do in many areas. Friends,lockers,etc.
DiY's , because i think of it this way if you can make it why buy it? SO yes ive done many many many DiY's
